Winemaker's Notes
In an effort to produce Jenunesse Chardonnay, a wine that exhibits bright and exceptional fruit characteristics, the winemakers of Baron Herzog cold fermented it exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Aromas and flavors of peach, pear and citrus are accented by a hint of sweetness. This youthful and fruity wine is pointedly Jeunesse - French for youthful, flavorful and fun. Enjoyed chilled.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
