We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 11% Petit Verdot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 4% Shiraz, 4% Mourvedre. The grapes are sourced from a special 29 year old vineyard located in Kerem Ben Zimra in the upper Galilee. The wine is aged for a total of 48 months in 225 liter barrels, resulting in a wine of black-red color, with aromas of ripe and luscious fruit, spices, leather and tobacco. The palate exhibits rich flavors of blackberries, mild spicing and tobacco, with tannins which are somewhat prominent. This elegant wine has a long and complex finish.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
