We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
Adir Kerem Ben Zimra Blush Port 2011 is from the Adir Kosher Winery in the Upper Galilee in Israel. The grapes are harvested late in the season from the Kerem Ben Zimra Vineyards next door. After a partial fermentation, grape alcohol is added. This preserves the sweetness and gives it a high alcohol content- 18.5%. The shade of color is peachy red. The wine has a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as black plum, apricot, figs, caramel, honey and licorice, and a balanced bouquet of leathers and white chocolate. A pleasant but not dominating sweetness, powerful tannins and a pleasant finish.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
