We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
Adir Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 is from the Adir Kosher Winery in the Upper Galilee in Israel. The grapes are from the Kerem Ben Zimra Vineyards which started planting in the 1980s, Adir's neighbor. The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 12-14 months and is a red-purple color that is dark and opaque. The wine has a rich bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, like black plum, red raspberry, blueberry, clove, and a balanced bouquet of coffee and cacao. This wine is seemingly sweet with powerful tannins and a pleasant ending. An elegant wine possessing the ability to mature for 5 years.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
