We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
This Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) and Merlot (35%) is made from grapes grown and harvested at the single Les Terres Noires vineyard in the Aude River Valley in the South of France. Aged in French Oak for four months this wine is unfiltered and Non-Mevushal. The wine has cherry notes with touches of coffee, tobacco and light tannins for an easy finish. This is a satisfying, table-friendly French red that will be a real crowd pleaser.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
