We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The 2016 Yarden Malbec exhibits dominant notes of fruit, especially ripe cherries and plums, layered with interesting hints of fresh flowers, aromatic spice and French oak. This full-bodied Malbec is flavorful and elegant. Though ready to enjoy now, the 2016 Yarden Malbec will continue to improve in the bottle, and should remain in great drinking condition for a decade and beyond. Enjoy the wine with roasted leg of lamb, grilled chicken glazed with bulgogi (Korean barbecue sauce), or a hunk of ripe blue cheese.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
