We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Psagot Viognier is produced from Viognier grapes which were harvested from the vineyards of Moshav Mata in the Judean mountains. The vineyard is located within a deep valley that has a high humidity and low temperatures even on the hottest days of the year. Half of the wine is aged in new 500-liter French oak wood barrels, and the remaining half is aged in stainless steel tanks. The aging process is carried out sur lie (on the least) for eight months. The wine is characterized with deep, rich floral aromas of anise, apricot, honey and lemon. The wine is light and easy to drink and is especially compatible with grilled fish, pasta with
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
